Youth Leadership

"Today's Students, Tomorrow's Leaders"

Welcome to the most demanding, yet rewarding aspect of the ATA Taekwondo journey...Leadership training.

Here you will learn leadership skills that will enhance your life in every way, and help you on your path to becoming the best person you can be. Throughout the martial arts journey, you will develop self confidence, concentration skills, and the discipline necessary to work toward Black Belt and beyond.

In leadership training, you learn how to help others develop the skills you have learned along the way.

A leader is someone with the positive personal traits, organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills necessary to motivate people. A leader has vision, creativity, and persistence, and inspires confidence and trust in those around him/her.

Finding innovative ways to help each other is the key to effective leadership. In this program you will learn important leadership traits through reinforcement, role play, story telling, memorization, practice and discussion. In conjunction with Black Belt Club and Master Club training, Leadership Training offers students the skills to help others achieve their goals.
